Independent relationship

ChemistryTutor.vn is an independent tutoring service operated by Márió Széles. It is not operated by, affiliated with, approved by or endorsed by the International Baccalaureate Organization or Cambridge International Education, which is part of Cambridge University Press & Assessment.

This service and its learning materials have been developed independently and are not endorsed by the International Baccalaureate Organization. International Baccalaureate, Baccalauréat International, Bachillerato Internacional and IB are registered trademarks owned by the International Baccalaureate Organization.

Descriptive use of names and marks

References to IB Chemistry, Standard Level, Higher Level, Cambridge IGCSE, Cambridge International AS & A Level, syllabus codes and examination components identify the curricula for which independent tuition is offered. They do not claim school, centre, partner, examiner or authorised-provider status.

ChemistryTutor.vn does not use IB, IB World School, Cambridge or awarding-body logos, trade dress or official artwork. Names and word marks are used only where necessary for clear, referential description. All marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Original materials and official publications

Curriculum taxonomies, explanations, diagnostics, practice questions, feedback and public resources created by ChemistryTutor.vn are independently authored. They are not official syllabuses, translations, question papers, mark schemes, examiner reports or endorsed resources.

Official IB or Cambridge publications, restricted past papers, mark schemes and substantial copyrighted extracts are not republished in the public library or generated worksheets. Reproduction or commercial teaching use requires the rights holder’s permission or another valid licence. Official material is accessed only through lawful sources and under the applicable conditions.

Artificial intelligence and assessment material

Official IB or Cambridge copyrighted material is not used as a prompt, training input or other input to a generative-AI system without the rights holder’s prior permission. AI-assisted feedback uses independently authored questions and criteria with the minimum necessary student response. Students must not upload restricted examination material.

Student work and academic integrity

Students retain ownership of their original work. ChemistryTutor.vn does not publish a student’s work, image or testimonial without the required permission and age-appropriate consent. Tuition may explain, question and provide feedback, but it does not produce assessed work for submission, impersonate a student or promise an examination result.

Accuracy, official sources and concerns

Curriculum records are versioned by examination year and link to official sources. Families remain responsible for confirming entries, deadlines and current requirements with their school or the relevant awarding organisation.

Please report an intellectual-property, attribution or takedown concern to info@chemistrytutor.vn. The concern will be reviewed promptly and access to disputed material may be restricted while its provenance or permission is checked.
